Binders and Ripcord Yarns
Our clean–running products offer precision wound square shoulder packages for maximum meters per package, with uniform draw–off tension throughout.

Water Swellable Binders
The absorption capacities of our water swellable binders are more than twice per package when compared to other water swellable yarns available.

Non–wicking Binders
We offer two types of non–wicking binders: bonded or coated.

Wicking Binders
For applications not requiring water swellable or non–wicking features, we offer high quality binder yarns designed to run in the most demanding applications.

Twisted and Flat Ripcords
Fil–Tec presents an innovative array of ripcords that perform better. Our ripcords are available in Wicking, Non–Wicking, Water Swellable, or Flame Retardant/Low Smoke finishes.

Central Member Core Yarns – Water Swellable
Fil–Tec’s Water–swellable Core Yarns offer the highest water absorption capacity available, which equates to a higher yield product, lowering your cost per yard. These yarns are available in various sizes (yields).


Marker Yarns – Non–Wicking
Our non–wicking marker yarns come in tacked packages, eliminating sloughing or ballooning as the yarn feeds off the package. Plus, our high yield product means lower cost per yard. These yarns are available in more than 10 colors.
