ABSORPTION
Our unique bonding technology allows us to secure large amounts of SAP polymer onto the yarn relative to the total yarn add–on, resulting in super–fast absorption speed plus very high absorption per gram of yarn (see Figure 1). This also results in a lighter, higher yield binder (see Figure 3) yet with total absorption per yard greater than much heavier conventional binders (see Figure 2).
With up to twice the yield, Fil–Tec can supply significantly more meters per package for longer continuous cable runs combined with a lower cost per yard.
